To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coyote Logistics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

5. Compliance

Our services are provided in accordance with Tanzanian law, including TRA (Tanzania Revenue Authority) regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring their cargo and documentation comply with all applicable import/export requirements.
